"Fin Stool" is a dramatic take on a traditional three-legged stool. A 2" thick top, lathe-turned from a single cherry plank, is supported by three hand-sculpted fin-like legs. The legs' large tenons protrude through the top and are locked in place with nearly white holly wedges. Other than a rounded edge profile, the top has been left flat to allow the stool to alternatively be used as a small table. Finished with hand-applied Danish oil.
