Window Views

Painted with digital transfers, "Window Views" combines painted papers and fabrics with digital prints. Silk segments were hand-painted with transparent watercolor. Printed sections were cropped from one of the artist's original watercolor paintings then transferred to fabric. Each step is unique and completed by the artist resulting in a totally original fiber art wall hanging. Brown's work is known for its subtle color and strong design. Display by hanging from a rod inserted into tabs sewn on the back of the piece. These can be easily removed. The piece can also be mounted or framed by the purchaser.
