Thierry Rabotin

"One of Thierry Rabotin's hallmarks is the ability to combine tradition with innovation."

By bonding with shoemaking traditions, Thierry Rabotin gives new life to the techniques of generations of the finest shoemakers in the world.

A small company of dedicated craftspeople, Thierry Rabotin handcrafts each pair of shoes in Italy using the sacchetto method for supreme comfort. This process, according to Italian shoemaking traditions, can involve up to 200 steps that require remarkable skill and attention to detail.

During the sewing stage, a full-grain nappa lining is attached like a "sac" along the shoe's interior edge, resulting in a lightweight shoe without rigid components or pronounced interior seams.
