Creating the effect of rolling waves through mixed color, pattern, and shape, this pigment print of an original painted paper collage reveals the ocean and a crescent moon with a sky full of twinkling stars. Siegel paints and patterns the paper before cutting and pasting each shape into the collage in the original artwork.
