Transit

Neutrals are the focus of "Transit," with just a few splashes of color. The composition reminded me of a subway map, which is where the name came from. Vertical stitching lines using variegated thread add texture and activate the surface of the design. Design pieced from cotton fabric. Freehand quilted on a home sewing machine. Includes hanging sleeve and slat for easy hanging with just two nails in the wall. Avoid direct sunlight. Use a lint roller for light cleaning.
