Navigating the Roundabout

"Navigating the Roundabout" was created with hand painted pieces of silk, organza and archival paper. After designing the image, all was re-painted, then hand embroidered and machine quilted. The resultingart quilt is an original fiber art wall hanging. Paper is protected with a coat of acrylic matte medium. A sleeve has been sewn on the back to facilitate displaying by hanging the piece from a rod.
