Fiber Wall Hanging
Created by Olena Nebuchadnezzar
As the evening comes the colors in the garden become dark and subdued, dew is glistening under the rising moon light. Artist used techniques such as piecing, applique, embroidery, quilting, and painting. Hand-dyed, batiked, and printed cottons and few silk elements enhanced with metallic fabric paints. Wrapped over wooden stretcher bars with wiring added to the back, ready to hang.
