Gather Necklace

Deceptively simple yet inarguably bold, this substantial necklace is made up of thirteen individual lengths of cotton rope.

Each is cut to size, stitched in place, and trimmed before being treated to surface texture through a process of meticulously placed snips and abrasions. Pullover design, no closure. Each is unique and will vary.

This design was part of a collaboration collection with Nigerian clothing designer Orange Culture.
