Autumn Aglow

Color Photograph

Created by Charlotte Gibb
The June Lake Loop in the Eastern Sierra in California has a plethora of little scenes like this one. On this cold Autumn morning, frost clung to the branches of the willows as the first light of the morning sun lit up their golden foliage. This piece was also exhibited in the prestigious 2018 Yosemite Renaissance 33 Juried Exhibition and won First Place in the 2019 12th Annual International Color Awards.
