Tranquil Turquoise

These tiles are hand built and decorated while still wet using the mocha diffusion technique. The artist coats the tiles with colored liquid clay which absorbs directly into the tile, creating unique effects. The tiles are then dried and fired in a gas-reduction kiln. Finished tiles are mounted on a wood frame with industrial strength epoxy for easy hanging.
