Spiral Vase

This wheel thrown altered vessel was created to solve a problem in the artist's kitchen. They needed a sponge holder, and this shape fit the bill. Since then, customers continue to come up with all sorts of uses for this vessel, including a cardholder, candleholder, ikebana, ring holder, you name it: a holder of various things! Harris has relinquished the idea that it has an intended function, he just likes the spiraling pattern.
