Bright Yellow Squat Horsehair Raku Pottery

Wheel thrown stoneware pottery. Covered in several layers of yellow Terra Sigillata and hand polished. Clear crackle glazed interior and lip. Raku fired with horsehair and iron. The soft sheen comes from the Terra Sigillata. This Raku piece is for decorative use only. The clay remains porous and is not suitable for holding water.
