Creamy White Lidded Tureen

This unique stoneware tureen is wheel thrown with the addition of texture. Each handmade item is then bisque fired, stained, glazed, then refired to 2400 degrees to achieve the finished art form. This individual piece is finished with a natural white glaze which brings an emphasis on iron spots. Your tureen may vary slightly in coloring from the item that is pictured. All sizes are approximate. Each piece is signed on the bottom. This item may be used decoratively or functionally.
