Snowfall on Daffodils Vase
Art Glass Vase
Created by
Michael Egan
Free hand-blown glass vessel decorated with murrini. This vase is meant to evoke the fragile, short-lived appearance of snowflakes strewn across blooming spring daffodils. Small points of white glass, seeming like bits of light, float around a cubist expression of yellow and orange flowers. This vessel has a wide opening, which allows for light to fill the interior, creating a glowing from the inside effect. The piece displays well in both dark and well lit spaces. It can stand alone or be filled with flowers for a table centerpiece.
