Rose Fish
Art Glass Sculpture
Created by
Andrew Shea
Each fish is blown on a blowpipe out of a furnace. Bits of glass are attached and formed into fins. When the fish is cool, the artist grinds it to stand, sandblasts it to frost it, and acid etches which gives the surface a sheen and prevents fingerprinting. Each piece is unique, and may vary slightly.
