Aqua Frosted Nest

This hand blown nest is created using traditional glassblowing methods. The center of the nest is blown and glass 'wraps' are applied on the exterior until the look of the nest is complete. The eggs are solid glass. Each piece is sandblasted and acid-etched to give it a soft frosted finish. The sculpture represents love, home, nurturing and family.
