"It's all about the feel and touch of the medium. Learning such a physical discipline requires a lot of focus, and honing those skills takes a lot of practice. Bayshore Gifts in Glass has been creating unique glass art for more than 35 years. Founded in England in 1979, the studio moved to Winnipeg, Canada, in 2000. Today, founder Kevin McKay and artist Maki Kawakubo work together to create a dazzling variety of glass artwork using lampworking and other techniques.
