Summer in the Canyon
Art Glass & Metal Wall Sculpture
Created by Marsh Scott
Scott's fascination is the abstraction of the patterns and shadows at the beaches where she walks, the ocean close hills where she hikes and her garden. The changing colors of a canyon trail inspired this artwork. The hand-brushed aluminum surface floats off the wall and frames the fused glass design. It is part of the artist's "The Edge of the Ocean" series. The glass was one of the working samples created as part of the public art sculpture "Colors of the Canyon".
