This abstract painting was created using hand-formulated acrylic paint on gallery wrapped, professional-grade canvas. Creating my own materials in the studio, I feel the collaborating presence of the ancient alchemists who cloistered themselves in noxious laboratories. Mixing my own paints affords me incredible artistic freedom, and a connection to that Power that drives my artistic process.
