Abstract Couple with Binoculars
Created by Carole Guthrie
Using various tools, Guthrie starts the painting with no intent in mind, she trusts the process will provide her with a unified composition. As she looked upon the work and wanted to find a title, this duo appeared, the white shape looking like a woman with her arm on an opera seat. Both have an abstract circle on the top of the body, which looked to like binoculars. Can you see them? On gallery-wrapped canvas with painted sides.
